We love demolitions. The best years of this house were far behind and the time to tear it down and build a new one has come. As layers of this old, decaying home were removed, certain things that were left behind began to stand out.
The clock on the wall that stopped who knows how many 12-hr cycles ago. A groovy shower curtain that still had personality. A bathroom mirror that was facing the road where I was standing, that made me think to myself "I don't know how many selfies were taken here when the house was occupied, but let's take one final bathroom selfie before this bathroom is gone forever."
